About Relic Rove

Relic Rove creates collector carry gear designed for sports-card, trading card game, and hobby collectors. Our products may include sling bags, backpacks, carrying cases, organizer bags, lanyards, modules, inserts, and related accessories.

Relic Rove products are intended to help organize and transport collectible items. They do not guarantee protection against damage, loss, theft, water intrusion, crushing, fire, mishandling, market-value loss, or any other external event.

Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to make purchases from our website.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account, billing, shipping, and contact information. You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that disrupts, harms, or interferes with the website, Relic Rove, or other customers.

Orders and Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by Relic Rove. We may refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, shipping restrictions, payment issues, or violation of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the cancelled portion.

Product Information

We aim to describe and display our products accurately. However, product photos, renderings, prototype images, colors, materials, dimensions, finishes, capacities, and packaging may vary slightly from the final product.

Display colors may vary by device. Any capacity references, such as number of slabs, top loaders, deck boxes, or accessories, are estimates and depend on the size, brand, thickness, and configuration of the items being carried.

Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping, duties, and other charges may be added at checkout. We may change prices, promotions, or product availability at any time without notice.

Payment must be authorized before we process an order.

Shipping

Shipping terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customers are responsible for providing a secure and accurate delivery address.

Risk of loss passes to the customer when the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Unless otherwise stated, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery only if unused, in original condition, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or verified damage on arrival.

Limited Warranty

Relic Rove products are covered by our 6-Month Limited Warranty. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for six months from delivery.

The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, modifications, improper care, third-party repairs, cosmetic changes, or damage to items carried inside a Relic Rove product.

Collector-Specific Disclaimer

Relic Rove is not responsible for damage to, loss of, theft of, or reduction in value of trading cards, graded slabs, raw cards, top loaders, One Touch holders, deck boxes, dice, accessories, electronics, cash, IDs, badges, or any other contents stored in or transported using our products.

Collectible values fluctuate and are influenced by market conditions outside our control. Customers are responsible for using appropriate protective sleeves, holders, slabs, cases, insurance, and safe handling practices.

Intellectual Property

The Relic Rove name, logos, product names, product designs, photographs, videos, graphics, website content, packaging, copy, and other brand assets are owned by Relic Rove or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

User Content

If you submit reviews, photos, videos, comments, social media tags, testimonials, or other content involving Relic Rove, you grant Relic Rove a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, modify, and share that content for marketing, promotional, website, social media, and business purposes.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our website or products for unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, abusive, or harmful activities. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or compromise the security or operation of the website.

You may not submit false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or harmful content.

Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party platforms, payment processors, shipping providers, analytics tools, email or SMS tools, apps, plug-ins, and links. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, policies, availability, or content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relic Rove and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost business opportunity, or loss of collectible value.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Relic Rove from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the website or products, infringement of third-party rights, or violation of applicable law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Illinois], without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

6-Month Limited Warranty

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

Relic Rove stands behind the quality of its products. This Limited Warranty applies to eligible Relic Rove products purchased from our official website or an authorized seller.

Warranty Period

Relic Rove warrants eligible products against defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that prevent normal intended use, including eligible defects in stitching, seams, materials, zippers, closures, hardware, straps, lining, or construction.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging, scratches, scuffs, fading, patina, fabric wear, zipper wear, hardware wear, stains, odor, or material softening

  • Misuse, abuse, accidents, drops, crushing, overloading, improper packing, improper care, neglect, or rough handling

  • Exposure to extreme heat, water, chemicals, pets, sharp objects, or excessive force

  • Modifications, third-party repairs, alterations, embroidery, patches, adhesives, or unauthorized customization

  • Damage caused by airlines, travel handling, shipping carriers, theft, fire, flood, water intrusion, natural disasters, or external events

  • Damage to trading cards, graded slabs, top loaders, One Touch holders, deck boxes, accessories, electronics, cash, badges, or any contents carried inside the product

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, secondhand marketplaces, or without valid proof of purchase

Remedies

If we approve a warranty claim, Relic Rove may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace the product, provide a comparable replacement, issue store credit, or refund the purchase price.

Replacement products may vary based on inventory and may not be identical to the original product.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To submit a warranty claim, contact [support@relicrove.com] within the 6-month warranty period.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Proof of purchase

  • Product name

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Please do not ship a product back unless we provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Warranty Limitations

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by state.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, this warranty is the exclusive warranty provided by Relic Rove and replaces all other express warranties. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of this warranty where permitted by law.

Relic Rove products are not safes, vaults, waterproof cases, fireproof cases, crushproof containers, theft-prevention devices, or insurance products. They are designed to help organize and transport collector gear, but they do not guarantee protection against damage, loss, theft, water, fire, impact, market-value loss, or mishandling.
