Refund policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Relic Rove. If you are not satisfied with your order, eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging, tags, inserts, accessories, manuals, dust bags, protective materials, and proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective, arrived damaged, or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment. Relic Rove is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, worn, or altered products
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, stains, odor, or wear
  • Products missing original packaging, tags, modules, inserts, accessories, or protective materials
  • Final sale items, gift cards, digital products, customized products, personalized products, or limited releases marked final sale
  • Products damaged by misuse, accident, improper care, modification, third-party repair, or normal wear and tear

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, contact us at [support@relicrove.com] within 30 days of delivery. Please include your order number, name, product, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please wait for return instructions before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.

Refund timing may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be offered depending on product availability. If an exchange is not available, we may issue a refund for an approved return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order promptly after delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at [support@relicrove.com] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

If approved, we may offer a replacement, repair, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

Collector Contents Not Covered

Returns and refunds apply only to the Relic Rove product purchased. Relic Rove is not responsible for trading cards, graded slabs, raw cards, deck boxes, accessories, cash, badges, electronics, IDs, or other contents placed inside or transported using our products.
