This Shipping Policy explains how Relic Rove processes and ships orders placed through our website.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within [1–3 business days], excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during product launches, sales, holidays, severe weather, inventory delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If we advertise a specific shipping timeframe, we will use reasonable efforts to meet that timeframe.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates, available services, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Carrier delays, weather, incorrect addresses, customs processing, holidays, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Relic Rove is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If an order is returned to us because of an address issue, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, mailrooms, and the carrier.

Relic Rove is not responsible for theft, porch piracy, or packages lost after carrier-confirmed delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise. When reasonably possible, we will help support a carrier claim.

Shipping Damage

If a product appears damaged in shipping, contact us at [support@relicrove.com] within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.

International Shipping

International shipping may not be available at launch. If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import restrictions, and compliance with local laws unless checkout clearly states otherwise.

Pre-Orders

If pre-orders are offered, each pre-order product will include an estimated shipping window. Estimated ship dates are not guaranteed and may change due to production, freight, customs, quality control, packaging, or logistics delays.

Do not place a pre-order unless you understand the estimated timeline and the possibility of delays.
