Relic Rove products are designed to help organize and transport collector gear. Proper use can help reduce risk, but no carry product can eliminate all risk.

Important: Relic Rove products are not safes, vaults, waterproof cases, fireproof cases, crushproof containers, theft-prevention devices, or insurance products.

6-Month Limited Warranty

Effective Date: October 1, 2026

Relic Rove stands behind the quality of its products. This Limited Warranty applies to eligible Relic Rove products purchased from our official website or an authorized seller.

Warranty Period

Relic Rove warrants eligible products against defects in materials and workmanship for 6 months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship that prevent normal intended use, including eligible defects in stitching, seams, materials, zippers, closures, hardware, straps, lining, or construction.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic aging, scratches, scuffs, fading, patina, fabric wear, zipper wear, hardware wear, stains, odor, or material softening
  • Misuse, abuse, accidents, drops, crushing, overloading, improper packing, improper care, neglect, or rough handling
  • Exposure to extreme heat, water, chemicals, pets, sharp objects, or excessive force
  • Modifications, third-party repairs, alterations, embroidery, patches, adhesives, or unauthorized customization
  • Damage caused by airlines, travel handling, shipping carriers, theft, fire, flood, water intrusion, natural disasters, or external events
  • Damage to trading cards, graded slabs, top loaders, One Touch holders, deck boxes, accessories, electronics, cash, badges, or any contents carried inside the product
  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers, secondhand marketplaces, or without valid proof of purchase

Remedies

If we approve a warranty claim, Relic Rove may, at its discretion, repair the product, replace the product, provide a comparable replacement, issue store credit, or refund the purchase price.

Replacement products may vary based on inventory and may not be identical to the original product.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim
